New Challenge at PIO - Post 2

As I said in my last post, - there is a new challenge up at Pile It On! The challenge has been generously hosted by Whimsie Doodles, and the sweet turtle below is available as a FREEBIE at their site! I just could not resist making a 2nd card to show off this cutie!
