Technique Tuesday at Shelly's Images!

I am the Design Team Leader at Shelly's Images again this week! I hope you got to see yesterday's new release! (If not check it out HERE!) I used more of the fantastic scrap pack from Queen Scraps to make this water bottle hanger! I will still continue to feature cards, tags, and projects using it until I run out of it! :) The fun sunshine digi is from the SI Kidz Korner!
