Racing against the clock....part 4

I finished up this fun Christmas project using Bugaboo Stamps 'Chubby Snowman' to give to my daughter! This is another of the containers I'd saved to reuse for just this type of thing! It is filled with 'No-Nut Clusters' - which sorta look like peanut clusters - but have no peanuts since my daughter is allergic. I hope you will enjoy my recipe below too! :)

This project is apropro for and may have been entered into the following challenges:

No-Nut Clusters
1 -12 oz bag of Trader Joes Semisweet Chocolate chips *
6 oz. I.M.Healthy SoyNut Butter
Kraft Marshmallows*
Caramel bits

Melt 3/4 of the Chocolate chips and Soy Nut Butter together in a glass bowl in your microwave. Stir often and thoroughly to prevent the chocolate from burning! When smooth, stirr in the remaining incredients stiring to coat everthing. Drop by tablespoonfulls on a parchment paper lined tray. Refridgerate until set. We store these in the refridgerator in an airtight container, although they are usually finished within a few days!

*These are peanut/treenut free according to the BAAAB. Please rely on the sound judgement of your healthcare provider/immunologist before making and eating these if you have life threatening allergies. The writer is in no way responsible for allergic reactions incurred by using this recipe.
